Our healthcare teams work together to make sure your special needs are met and your concerns are addressed during your hospital stay. We are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality health care and customer service.
OhioHealth appreciates and values your feedback about your hospital stay. We use your comments to continually improve the service that we provide to our patients and their families.
At Riverside, we partner with Press Ganey Associates, a national patient satisfaction company, to assess our patients' satisfaction with their experience at Riverside and the care provided by our staff. If you receive a survey you are strongly encouraged to complete it and send it in. We then look at this data we collect and see how we rate compared to hospitals of a similar size.
Our management team regularly assesses our performance and, if needed, we take measure to correct areas in which we are deficient.
In addition, we have "mystery shoppers" who regularly test customer service at Riverside Methodist Hospital to ensure that we are providing the best possible experience. Our commitment to providing the highest level of patient care coupled with the latest treatment innovations is what sets heart services at Riverside apart from other hospitals.
